Power: The Concepts of Contraction and Vibration

What is Power --interesting video snippet to watch? We live in societies that lust this notion of power! In general, we live, learn, love and sometimes kill and die, all for power. Many may say it's what falls in some of these categories : money, military, religion, education. Let's get into a bit of science today with a short anecdote:
The other day after working out, my lil' girls came up to me and said, "Daddy, daddy . . . what strong muscles you have . . .when are we going to get powerful muscles like you?!" For a quick minute, I had a flash of the 'Little Red Riding Hood' story, noticing how large wolf's/grandma's teeth were : ) I smiled and said," We all have muscles, it's what you do with them-- that makes them and one powerful!" Hmmm, the concept of powerful is then, a thing that can generate or bring forth power! Let's continue . . .
I'm all about show and proof where needed. So, I took the little ones into the garage and challenged them each to take a turn and try lifting me. After a bit of grunts, moans and passed gas --minus any cases of hernia--, they both said in tandem, "We can't do it, Daddy!!!" : ( I sharply said, " We don't use that word 'can't ' in this house. . . we say, 'We don't know how to do it-- or it yet'!" I took out an old piece of 4x4 and a spare 2x4 piece of wood: The 4x4 was set across close to me as a fulcrum/pivot point. The 2x4 was straddled across the pivot, between me and the girls. I stood on the end such that the pivot was closest to me, and the the girl's end was up in the air. I told them to one at a time use one hand and push down on their end. LIGHTENING!... THUNDER!.. followed by my girl's Eureka moment . . .priceless to the end of days!!! They each were able to lift me with one hand, that later became just fingers! I then explained how the mind, is most powerful compared to the body, but akin to the form of one's soul/spirit--Boundless!
Many attribute Isaac Newton and Albert Einstein to great physical and quantum knowledge, but their source and hidden studies arose from the teaching and scripts of Mama land: Alkebulan/Ta-merry/Itiop/Afrika. During the Moorish conquest of the Iberian peninsula: Portugal, Spain, France (e.g. central/southern) from 711 - 1492 CE (Modern Era), Europe's Renaissance was sparked! After the expulsion of the Moors out of the Iberian peninsula, many were taken as slaves to Germany and the Caribbean. With all that knowledge intact and exemplifed by the Moors, Germany went in search for more in the Nile Valley region. Don't forget the still occupying Arabs, who are defacing, desecrating and destroying what remains, sacrelegioulsy. Stop acting as if we have all the time in the world to correct things! Egyptology sprang out of Europe, Germany precisely -- if I'm not mistaken! Point, many have been studying and raping our style and forming themselves into power paradigms!

Who's doing the work? Who traveled many distances? Who's being forced through time? Who has the power? Can you dig the dilemma?
Back to some more science, or chemistry/khemistry -- actually the science of the sun burnt face or blacks. Don't take my word for it, go do some proper research! Your body is just a reflection of the mindscape, except it's condensed, contracted matter/engergy! All the motions or kinematics of your body, use muscles, are governed by contractions! Face expressions to dancing, are all symphonies of contractions --the tensing or compression of muscles! The power comes from tendons that attach to bones, that exerts force by a pivot/joint, held together by ligaments. The physical body is low vibration, so it needs more space and volume to create more energy --body building, muscle swelling! That's why we love Bass sounds in our music, it's in resonance with our bodies! We can feel the direct impacts of the thump!
The life breathing lungs and life giving genital organs are a bit of an anomaly. They both feed the lower physical extremities, but can resonate at higher frequencies. Both intake source: air/blood to expand in preparation of rhythms: motion or sex; just to contract/exhale to give off of waste air, seeds and/or orgasm! We want that higher vibration, but only attain the lust of the temporal sex activity --Nature's drug-- you'll always come back for more! The training of breathing and holding one's yang, is directly proportionate to the teachings in the multitude of martial arts arena for combat readiness! Higher frequencies means more distance, speed and power! The space is fixed, yet dynamic in these systems of power.
Lastly, the brain/mind organ, doesn't move itself, but has all the control mechanism to move and control everything else. It's the manufacturer of all the body's medicines, emotions and power quotients! Nirvana, is just that, the place of ultimate peace and no motion. The synaptic bridges, fire off so fast that it is no point in quantifying its speed. One hit to the dome, renders the body useless. This applies whether it's physical or psychological! The number of wrinkles is a good indicator of is growth patterns. The brain's space is fixed, but it's just the chariot of the mind; which is boundless and faster than light, because it can perceive it! Its frequency is the fastest, because it's in alignment with the cosmos, when it's being operated by an elevated driver. All aficionados of performance vehicles, know that it's the engine's maximum RPMs (Revolutions Per Minute) and torque that determine the maximum HP(Horse Power) and performance! Protect your neck and guard your head, because that's where power is created and destroyed!
