So You Wanna Be Healthy?

This is your Brother Sneferu, aka T2, bringing more mind to matters at hand! A few things stay crystal clear to me, one of which is health, and being healthy. I saw one of the "Army Strong" commercials the other day, and it had me laugh out; not in a negative way, but one more akin to . . .at the time, Democratic Presidential Candidate, Barack Obama gave his "I get it . ." segement of his speech! There's more that meets the eyes -Transformers! Seriously, the Army is saying, that not only will one become strong, but Army Strong--I like that premise! I'll share a little bit about what can help one become not just healthy, but Life Healthy! So you wanna be healthy?
The technical and industrial advances in our societies today, has made us convenience driven citizens! Memos aren't hand-delivered, hand-written, or faxed anymore. They're emailed! Foods aren't home-grown and prepared with our special dietary needs anymore --for the most part. They're nuked in the microwave --a misnomer-- and consumed in mass quantities from fast food establishments. All that, to say, there's always a penalty to pay with living convenience- based lifestyles. Productivity isn't necessarily in place for your well-being!
We spend countless hours, restricted in environments that don't promote moving the body all that much, for any sustainable duration of time. I'm talking about getting the heart beats per minute up a little! The respiratory system needs fresh air, and I do mean fresh --composite-- air. These sick-fest recycled air environments, are causing the body's system to arrest some of its natural replenishing, combating, and stabilizing faculties. No wonder the sudden increases in adult allergies, between the generations. Be it airborne, food, and/or animal/pet allegeries! The body yawns, plenty because of the mass deficiencies in deep filled breathing. We don't breathe deep or often enough. So just like your computer that's inactive . . . it goes to screensaver mode or hibernation! That's the yawning and feeling knocked out at the desk. The brain, one of the most energy consuming organs in our body needs more oxygen!
Garbage in, garbage out . . . is the saying! Very true, except a couple of things. The body has to synthesize so much auxiliary nutrient absorbing processes, to deal with the garbage we eat; such that we don't get nourishment and energy when we need it most. Guess what . . .that becomes part of the fatty stores, or bad fat that we complain the heck about! Secondly, we don't get the damn waste out of our systems fast or regularly enough, so we tend to auto-intoxicate ourselves --poison from waste buildup and toxins in the body. To say someone is full of crap, ish, bull . . .it's a true sentiment to the cause of the many ailments of the productive citizen!
SOLUTIONS:
Again, being healthy isn't just a look! Health as well as power, is generated from the inside out! Incorporate being healthy into your life's routines. In the end, if you're not healthy enough to enjoy life . . .all else doesn't matter! Look for many more topics to come!

SOLUTIONS:
- Get the body moving, using the large muscle groups, more often and regularly! Sweating is good for you, especially when it's working. This is also known as exercise. - If what you eat has more artificial additives, or ingredients on its nutritional facts, that you have no idea what they are or can't pronounce the ingredients . . .just find something you know what you're consuming! The closer the food is to growing naturally and being energized by the sun, chances are the body will have an easier time using it to nourish you! Remember, the largest and some of the oldest land mammals, eat only what grows naturally and powered by the sun!
- Make a conscious effort to breathe deeply, to help oxygenate the body and brain! Fires won't blaze, unless it's stoked deliberately and effectively to burn. That's what the aerobic based systems promote in the body. Ultimately, if you're not burning the energy, you're storing the energy! Put the flames on those love handles and man - breasts! I was not only the president of solving said conditions, I was also a client -- remedied from true field studies. Did I mention I'm a research engineer/scientist?!
- Get more regular, and get the years of compounded waste out of your system. Literally, take a load off! One should be going often enough, to get the liquid and solid crap out of their bodies! Think what happens to your space when the trash doesn't get put out often enough?! Whew wee . . .that joint smells like a dead skunk, crawled up and died in the piece. The same applies directly to your bodily functions.
